How I Styled: Winter Brunch
“Happy New Year!” To welcome in the New Year, I went out to brunch with my best friend wearing some of my new favorites pieces.
For the winter, outerwear is typically a dark or neutral, which is why I LOVE this Missguided coat. I see myself reaching for it many times throughout this season. It feels like I’m wearing an actual blanket, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the faux shearling trend.

Even though I am a firm believer in the concept that what you wear puts you in a great mood, it probably helped that I was with a great person! This is a good reminder to be mindful of the company you welcome into your circle this year. Protect your energy, but also don’t be afraid to put yourself out there — and always go for the faux shearling jacket.
